Stridekivo Shipping Policy

This policy covers delivery of Stridekivo women’s footwear, apparel, and necklaces from www.stridekivo.com. Last updated: 15 August 2026.

1. Free shipping

Eligible orders currently ship free of charge storewide, as shown in our site banner. Checkout will still display any destination we cannot serve. Oversized heel boxes and jewellery pouches may travel in the same consignment or as a split shipment if a carrier requires it — you will not be billed extra for a split that we initiate.

2. Processing

In-stock items are typically packed within 1–2 business days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Heels and sandals are boxed to protect heels and straps; camisoles and tops are folded; necklaces go in a small pouch so chains do not tangle with clothing.

3. Transit time

Most international deliveries arrive in about 7–12 days after dispatch. Customs or remote addresses can extend this toward 18 days. We cannot guarantee a party or event date; order early if you need a specific heel height or colourway.

4. Duties

Your local customs office may charge import VAT or duty on fashion and jewellery. Those fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly includes DDP.

5. Tracking

When the carrier provides a number, we email it to the address on the order. Use that number on the carrier’s site — not a screenshot of the packing slip alone.

6. Loss or damage in transit

If a heel box arrives crushed, a strap is broken in transit, or the parcel is scanned as lost, photograph the outer carton and the item and write to us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). We will arrange a reship or refund after the carrier confirms. Damage from wearing stilettos outdoors is not transit damage.
