To pack and ship an order we need your name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation from our checkout provider. We also keep the SKU, size, colour, and heel height you selected so we can answer fit questions and process returns. Cookies may remember your cart and basic browsing on the storefront.

2. How we use it

We use this information to fulfil orders, send tracking, handle 30-day returns, and reply to size or jewellery-care questions. We do not sell your email list. Carriers and payment processors receive only what they need to deliver or to take payment.

3. Security

Checkout runs over encrypted HTTPS. We keep order records for as long as tax, chargeback, and warranty rules require, then delete or anonymise them where we can.
