Stridekivo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made on Stridekivo (www.stridekivo.com). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to this page, our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy. Last updated: 15 August 2026.

1. Who we are

Stridekivo is a women’s fashion storefront. Our current catalog focuses on high heels, women’s sandals, tank tops & camisoles, women’s tops, and women’s necklaces. Product pages show the options actually offered for that item (for example EU shoe sizes 34–43, heel heights such as 8 / 10 / 12 cm, or apparel sizes XS–2XL).

2. Using the site

Photos, copy, and layout on this website belong to Stridekivo or our suppliers. You may not scrape, republish, or resell our listings. Use the site only to shop for personal use or other lawful purchases.

3. Orders, sizing & colour

You are responsible for choosing the correct size and colour on the product page. Many apparel styles use Asian sizing, which often runs 1–2 sizes smaller than typical US/EU charts — when you are between sizes, size up, or email us with your usual size before you buy. Footwear is listed in EU sizes; measure your foot length against the size chart. Slight colour difference between a screen and PU, patent leather, knit, or plated jewellery is not a defect.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD unless the checkout states otherwise. The homepage offer of free shipping storewide applies to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Import duties or local taxes, if charged by your country, are extra. We may cancel an order if payment is flagged as high-risk or if an item cannot be fulfilled.

5. Cancelling

Unpaid checkouts can be abandoned at any time. Paid orders can be cancelled at no charge before we hand the parcel to the carrier. After dispatch, use the Refund and Returns Policy (including indoor-only try-on rules for heels and sandals).

6. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of Stridekivo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
