Stridekivo Refund and Returns Policy

We offer an easy 30-day window on qualifying Stridekivo items, matching the promise on our homepage. Last updated: 15 August 2026.

1. Window

Start a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Write to support@stridekivo.com with your order number, SKU, size, and photos before you post anything back.

2. High heels & sandals

Try shoes indoors on carpet only. We cannot accept pairs with outdoor sole wear, broken stiletto tips, stretched buckle straps, or missing spare heel caps. If the wrong size was shipped, we cover return postage after photos are approved.

3. Tank tops, camisoles & women’s tops

Items must be unwashed, unworn (or tried on over undergarments), with tags attached. Camisoles and halter styles with a hygiene liner must keep that liner in place. Makeup, deodorant, or perfume on fabric is not accepted. Because many cuts use Asian sizing, we prefer a size exchange when the style is still in stock.

4. Women’s necklaces

Necklaces must be unworn, with the original pouch or card. We cannot take back pieces that have been bent, shortened, or show skin-contact tarnish. Allergic reaction to plated alloy is not treated as a manufacturing defect unless the listing promised a specific metal (for example sterling silver) and the item does not match.

5. What we do not take back

Final-sale badges, customised engraving, and items damaged by wear or washing. Intimate apparel that has been worn without a hygiene barrier.

6. Refunds

Once we inspect the return, refunds go to the original payment method in about 7–10 business days. Buyer-remorse returns of correctly described goods: you pay return shipping. Our error or a confirmed defect: we cover return shipping and refund in full.
